In 1994, the U.S. Post Office moved to this location, on the left side of the Eldred Township Municipal Building complex.

It cannot go without being said - if you stop by on a weekday morning - that this is an informal gathering point for townspeople.  As they come by to collect their mail from their P.O. boxes, they run into one another and stop to share the latest news and whisper the latest gossip.
